You can't use an old map
to see a new land.
— Gary Hamel, leading expert on business strategy
DO YOU HAVE A NEW LAND YOU WANT TO GO TO?
Is there some new territory... someplace your organization has never been... somewhere uninhabited by competitors?

Gary Hamel suggests the way to begin is to create a new map — incorporating new learning, fresh thinking — and a very strong commitment to get there.
