Never give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it.
The time will pass anyway.
— Earl Nightingale
A YOUNG MAN CALLED ME YESTERDAY TO TEST OUT HIS DREAM.
It's a great dream — with all kinds of possibilities and a lot of problems — like most dreams. And it will probably take a long time.
But time is what he has most of right now.
As we get older, it's often time that is the most difficult to come by.
Do you have a dream you've set aside because it will take time?

THE DEAN OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, Earl Nightingale (1921–1989) was an American radio personality, writer, speaker and author known for his ability to motivate and inspire people.
In the midst of the Great Depression, Earl's father abandoned his wife and three children in Los Angeles. His mother moved the family to a tent city. Not understanding why his life was so much more difficult than others, Earl began frequenting the public library and studying the great philosophies of the world.
One of the few Marines aboard the USS Arizona who survived the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, he grew interested in radio and eventually became the voice of Sky King, the hero of a popular radio adventure series.
Later, after purchasing a life insurance company, Earl wrote and recorded The Strangest Secret to motivate his sales force. The recording went viral and sold over a million copies. The print version later became one of the greatest motivational books of all time.
Nightingale went on to produce motivational and inspirational books, recordings and lectures which have been distributed around the world — helping establish the huge self-help industry we have today.
